"Forget Kim K. This is how I got the BIG booty I always wanted a NATURALLY, FAST, AT HOME workout with little equipment.
For the past three years, I’ve been training 5-6 times a week, for two hours per session in hopes of growing a big “booty” fast and naturally. My trainings took place either at home or at the gym. I did every possible glute or “bum” exercise you can think of! I squatted..and I squatted heavy. I did my endless sets of weighted hip thrusters. I used kettlebells, weight balls, weight plates and still, my booty remained flatter than a pancake. Bear in mind that I am a holder of a Bachelor of Science in Sports Nutrition. Therefore, my diet was “on point”. I have spent a lot of time around personal trainers at the gym, all of which advised me to do “specific” booty exercises for it to grow, yet week after week, I saw no changes. I’m not gonna lie, at some point I thought that there is no way you can grow a bigger booty naturally without surgery.
Until I met Bradley LA, randomly at a local gym in West London. He was doing his own thing and I was tirelessly doing endless sets of squats. My answer was as superficial as any other millennial who low-key watches the Keeping Up With The Kardashian: “To grow a firm, perky, big booty”. He challenged me to try his online booty plan, for free and to give him my feedback. I was so tired of trying new workout plans in hopes of growing those buns but I figured, this is IT, one more try and if my booty doesn’t grow, I’ll just accept the fact that my body cannot change. That my bum size and shape are related to my genetics which I also cannot change. For once, I’m happy to say I was wrong. Bradley believed that he could get me to grow a bum in a thew months which seemed impossible to me given that I had been trying for 3 years. It sounded ridiculous to me. Nevertheless, I put on the purple resistance band he gave me and got started on day 1. Never in my 3 years of training do I recall feeling sore or tired mid workout. I WAS EXHAUSTED. My butt cheeks were shaking! And It was so embarrassing given that I had bragged to him for the past 15 mins about my dedication to training for the past three years. I went on with the plan. It consists of 4-5 exercises, targeting specific glute or “booty” muscles allows the bum to grow over time. The plan he gave me is for 1-16 weeks. It consists of a 20-30 mins workout TOPS, using the resistance band only. I no longer needed the gym and saved a bunch on monthly subscriptions and gym parking! Out of the 7 days in a week, you only train for 4 days: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday. Hence, I saved so much time and managed to do more housework. The workouts are simple, easy to squat and a donkey kick. They’re fast and EFFICIENT. For once, I was not working out hard, I was working out SMART. A hard pill to swallow was that I didn’t need to train 3 hours a day 5 days a week to get the results I wanted. I needed to train smart, for less time and get better results using a tailored plan. I’m so happy with the results I’ve gotten. I have seen tremendous changes: I look fuller in pants, my bum has a bit of a jiggle when I’m doing jumping squats, It’s perky and firm. I highly recommend this plan to any woman looking to add some spice to her look."
